birds in my window.

I was sitting on my couch eating a Hot Pocket Saturday when I noticed a flurry of wings flapping outside my window. I looked out and saw about 50 birds flying in and out of a tree that butts up against my apartment. I have no idea what kind of birds these are, but here are some pics! I love it when nature comes to me!

It's a Starling. One of their natural breeding habitats happens to be the cemetery I can see from my Office window. They fly in by the thousands and spend most of the winter here. We have an air canon that we drive around campus and fire off to scare them off. You usually see huge flocks of them around sunset... :-)
